We’re proud to share that Prof. Cristina Nativi Coordinator and one of the supervisors in the GlycoNoVi project, has been awarded the “Giancarlo Berti” Medal — one of Italy’s most prestigious recognitions in carbohydrate chemistry.
The award was presented during the XIX Conference-School of Carbohydrate Chemistry (CSCC 2025) at the Certosa di Pontignano in Siena.
The medal acknowledges her scientific contributions to the study and design of biologically relevant carbohydrate-based molecules, with a focus on glycomimetics, as well as her ongoing role in supporting and connecting researchers in the carbohydrate chemistry field. Congratulations, Prof. Nativi! 🥳
