Luca Pisapia (DC5) concluded his first secondment as part of GlycoNoVi at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK with the Field Group. In Norwich, he worked with Professor Rob Field and Somsekhar Sarkar (DC2) on identification of potential multivalent ligands that would bind to the P-Domain of norovirus. The secondment also included a trip to Newcastle University for collaborative work with Professor William Willats’ group. The stay concluded with some exciting scientific results and a fun day-long wherry trip with the Field Group on the Norfolk Broads. 💂🏻‍♂️🇬🇧
